Q&A

What are nanobubbles?
Nanobubbles are very small bubbles with diameters ranging from a few nm to 1000 nm (1 μm). These microscopic bubbles can exist stably in water for long periods of time and promote the penetration and diffusion of substances.
How are Kakuichi's nanobubble generators different from others?
Kakuichi's system allows for the gas to be changed as well as the concentration of gas to be adjusted according to the application, making more effective than other companies'nanobubble technologies, which only break down the gas in the water.
Why is oxygen good for plants?
Plants take in oxygen through respiration and break down carbohydrates for energy. When oxygen is present near the roots, it alters the microbial layer and promotes fertilizer absorption. For soils and media that are prone to acid deficiency, oxygen nanobubble irrigation can efficiently deliver oxygen to the roots of plants.
Do you have any examples of introductions in grapes or other fruit trees?
Yes, many fruit growers, including grape, apple, and pear growers, use our nanobubble generators. By simply changing the water used for pest control to O2 nanobubbles, many growers have seen a long-term difference.
For example, "the effectiveness of chemicals has increased and the overall number of pesticide applications has decreased," "leaf thickness and color have improved," and "grape cracking has decreased dramatically compared to neighboring farms that do not use nanobubbles."
I am a hydroponic strawberry grower. I am looking for a device that can increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the feed and drain solutions to prevent root rot and would like to know more about the specifications and pricing of your device.
For agricultural greenhouses, we recommend the standard type.
It can be retrofitted to existing irrigation equipment, and the size can be selected from 10L to 125L per minutes according to your piping flow rate. You may also select the electrical components and options according to your irrigation method. Prices vary depending on your requirements, so please contact us for more details and we will be happy to suggest the appropriate one for you.
I have a 100V power supply, can I use a nanobubble generator?
The standard type requires 3-phase 200V.
We have an optional inverter that converts from 100V to 200V. You can use it with the inverter. Alternatively, a compact type can be used with 100V. Please select the one that best suits your application.
How long will the construction take?
Installation is generally completed in one day.
How much is the nanobubble generator?
Varies depending on equipment specifications and size. Please contact us for details.
Can we have a technical tie-up?
Of course. We have technology that may be able to solve the world's food and environmental problems, and we want to spread it around the world. By providing products, services, information + data, we hope to grow together with our partners and solve the world's problems.
