Mr. Hachisuka was busy working in staffing and corporate PR.
However, he suffered a myocardial infarction due to his irregular lifestyle.
This led him to cut back on his work and begin seeking a new business venture.
He decided to become a farmer after his doctor told him that “regular life and exercise are good for your health.”
Currently, he has a staff of 26 and grows mitsuba in a greenhouse of about 3,000 square meters.
He has 5 years of experience in mitsuba cultivation.
 

Why did you introduce Nano Bubbles?

He knew that Nano Bubbles could increase the dissolved oxygen level of water, but he had not found a convincing device.
In the midst of all this, we learned that there was a Nano Bubble generator that could be directly connected to the water supply, and installed it in January 2023.
The use of this device resulted in better seedling growth and reduced disease incidence, but the decrease in oxygen levels was slow because the device was not designed to generate Nano Bubbles in a recirculating fashion.
 
So he was looking for a circulating Nano Bubble generator, and an acquaintance of his, an installer, introduced him to Kakuichi’s Nano Bubble generator, which he had installed.
 

How has the impact of Nano Bubbles been?

Since they started using nanobubbles for irrigation in their honeybee cultivation, yields have increased by 10% in all seasons.
He thought the nanobubble generator showed promise, so he increased his cultivation area by 1.5 times.
As a result, his December 2023 shipments were 204% higher than the previous year.

If even one of those agricultural materials had been missing, the results would not have been as good. Although the regular cleaning of the filter, which is installed to prevent dust and residue from entering the system, is a challenge, we can only thank Kakuichi’s Nano Bubble generator for these good results, without a doubt.”
 

 

Requests to Kakuichi

When using Kakuichi’s nanobubble generator in hydroponics, I feel that the filter section definitely needs to be improved.
Alternatively, I think that the way the filter is installed would make the device easier to install and more grower-friendly.
 

About the future

Even before introducing Kakuichi’s Nano Bubble generator, we had been recording as much cultivation data as possible and utilizing it in cultivation, but after introducing the device, we are recording more detailed data.
Since the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water changes from day to day even during the same time of day, we would like to take data on the amount of dissolved oxygen throughout the year and analyze it in conjunction with other cultivation data to find more effective cultivation methods.
